your mission

This role owns our entire growth engine: paid, SEO, content, and brand, and turns it into a qualified pipeline for sales. You report directly to the founders and work closely with them on where growth goes next. Strategy and execution both matter here, you'll set the channel plan one day and be running a campaign the next. Be ready to recruit and lead a small team, as we’re looking to build up our marketing team.

what you’ll do

• Own the full digital marketing function across paid, owned, and organic channels. Expect this to be about 70% hands-on execution and 30% leading and managing a team.
• Build and optimize the funnel from first touch to qualified lead handoff
• Set up tracking and reporting that actually tells you what's working, then act on it
• Run experiments constantly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
• Own brand and content that speaks to C-Level and VPs
• Recruit and lead a marketing team.

what you bring

• 3+ years in B2B digital marketing, agency background is a plus
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads yourself
• Proven track record growing organic traffic through SEO and content
• Comfort with CRM and marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Looker
• Fluent in English, German is a strong plus
• This is a fully onsite role in Berlin, relocation support available if needed
