As an AI Transformation Strategy Intern, you will contribute directly to the growth of our business! You will take ownership of identifying, evaluating, and executing AI solutions and use cases that can replace or augment manual tasks. You will further explore and develop solutions that set the basis for the future of consulting.
In parallel, this will allow you to develop a broad and deep understanding of the Consulting market. It will be a great opportunity to play a key role in disrupting a multi-billion market. You’ll have the chance to be part of a young, fast-growing company, and help to shape its growth path. You’ll work side-to-side with the founders on the most exciting and important projects, and learn what it means to build a successful company from scratch.
Tasks
You will work on topics such as…
- AI Solutions for Consulting: Be responsible for improving consulting services and making consulting more effective and efficient through state-of-the-art technology.
- Develop enhanced AI Tools: Grow an AI toolkit for the consulting industry that can be offered to our clients and consultants
- Business Development: Identify business and revenue opportunities, and work on their execution together with other team members

Your Profile
- Graduated/about to graduate from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a similar field, with outstanding academic records
- A strong, keen interest in AI and new technologies, and savvy user of OpenAi / ChatGPT and similar technologies
- A passion for start-ups and want to prepare for your own adventure down the road
- Strong analytical skills that you use to break down problems and excel at connecting topics from many domains
- Previous professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, sales or in startups)
- Fluency in English is a must, German and French are nice to have
