The role
As our Go-to-Market Engineer, you will own the technical infrastructure behind our outbound and growth motion. Working directly with our leadership team, you will build the systems and automation that make our sales and marketing teams significantly more effective. This is a builder role. You will spend more time in Clay and n8n than in meetings. You will turn commercial goals into working systems, own the quality of our pipeline data, and continuously find ways to make our GTM engine faster and smarter.

Build and automate our GTM engineer:

  • Design and build outbound workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and n8n.

  • Own CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene from end to end.

  • Run outreach campaigns end to end, from sequence design to performance analysis and iteration.

Own the research and targeting:

  • Build targeted account lists and buyer personas that feed directly into outbound campaigns.

  • Research new market opportunities and identify the most valuable segments to go after.

  • Translate commercial priorities into actionable targeting logic.

Make us faster and smarter:

  • Spot where our GTM process slows down or breaks and fix it before being asked.

  • Test new tools, approaches, and channels and share what you learn.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging, targeting, and campaign logic.

Job requirements

What would make you a top fit?

Must Have:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, GTM, growth, or a fast-paced startup.

  • Hands-on experience with GTM and automation tools including Clay, Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and workflow tools like n8n or Zapier.

  • Strong analytical thinking. You work from data and can draw your own conclusions.

  • You ship fast and figure things out independently. You do not wait for a perfect brief.

  • Clear, direct communication in writing and in conversation.

  • English at C1 level or above.

  • You handle direct feedback well and use it to improve. Our environment is fast and honest and that needs to suit you.

  • Based in Berlin or open to relocating for a full-time in-office role.

Great to have:

  • Experience in a B2B marketplace, expert network, or consulting environment.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or Salesforce.

  • Professional German language skills.
