Instrumentation and Controls Engineer Consultant

As part of our development, we are recruiting a Instrumentation and Controls Engineer Consultant to join our teams in Stein.
Responsibilities:
- Provide I&C field support for the commissioning and qualification of the following utility and process systems which are monitored and controlled by the DeltaV DCS:
Black and Clean Utility generation, storage and distribution systems; Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning for the classified and non-classified areas within the site manufacturing and utility areas.
Compounding and SIP/CIP system.
- Review and support execution of the Hot Loop Test protocols including the following test steps:
Wago remote IO interface and communication testing, Field instrumentation, Interface testing between package units, Alarm and Interlock Testing, Emergency Stop Verification (hardwired circuits).
- Support the commissioning of the Modbus networks to the following equipment items:
Variable Speed Drives, Package Units.
- Provide back up support to the Hot Loop Testing Supervisor for day-to-day management and support of the Hot Loop Testing contractor.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering (Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Process Control, or related field)
- 5 – 10 years of industrial commissioning experience with Electrical and Instrument systems, with 3 years Utility system commissioning experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of the I&C Commissioning team.
- Experience using Kneat for CQV test execution
- Fluent English language written and verbal communication skills.
- cGMP knowledge and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
