Global Process Architect - Global Business Services mfdiverse - REF80599N

We are seeking a visionary Global Process Architect to join our Global Business Services (GBS) team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading, designing, and optimizing processes across the areas of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Sales within ContiTech. You will functionally lead the related workstreams within our global organization, overseeing approximately 200 team members. As a key member of our management team, you will drive efficiency, growth, and operational excellence for our locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the in-scope workstreams across all GBS hubs globally, functionally managing around 200 team members.
• Drive the development and implementation of innovative GBS processes and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design optimized future-state processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes with other business functions.
• Develop and maintain process models, documentation, and performance metrics for processes.
• Drive standardization and best practices across global operations.
• Manage complex GBS projects from conception to implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on technology solutions and their integration with existing systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change management within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Several years of business experience, particularly with interfaces to global organizations and stakeholders.
• Proven project management and change management skills.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives within global organizations.
• Preferably leadership experience.
• Expertise in process modeling, optimization, and business process reengineering.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is preferred.
• Strong communication and the ability to persuade stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
