We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager for our Medical portfolio business. You will be responsible for sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland of our keyboards and mice for healthcare, designed for the strict hygiene requirements in operating rooms, labs and intensive care units. You will sell through distributors, IT resellers, solution specialists and OEM partners.
Our office is in Auerbach, Germany, but due to the structure of the role, we expect you to work mostly remotely. You will report to our Sales Manager, who is based in Denmark.
Your responsibilities
- Take responsibility for sales and partners in the DACH region
- Win, build and grow partners, including large purchasing groups
- Use data to continuously improve our sales and marketing strategy and manage the distribution channels
- Coordinate internal and external contacts to improve sales and after-sales processes, such as logistics
- Develop our go-to-market strategy and carry out the related activities
- Give product presentations and support partners with customers in the field
Your profile
- At least 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience through IT resellers, distributors or OEM partners, ideally with experience building up a territory
- A business or technical education, or a comparable qualification
- Strong presentation and communication skills, and a basic understanding of IT, ideally hardware
- Self-motivated, independent and goal-oriented, with a proven track record
- Fluent German and good English
