Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical or electronic is preferable) Experience: 10+ years of experience in energy sector projects, 6 plus years’ experience in the design and implementation of Wind as Project Engineer (Technical Project Manager). Skills: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), excellent communication, team leading, decision-making, innovation, focus on results, able to give and receive feedback. Other languages such as German, Italian or Spanish will be highly valued. Technical competencies: Knowledge of WIND and further BESS technologies. Additional knowledge of SOLAR technology is a plus. Acquainted with applicable industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, IEC, DNV, IEEE). Capex and Opex estimation. Advanced knowledge of the plant design process from the feasibility phase (conceptual design), development phase (Basic Design) and execution phase (For Construction Design) GIS capabilities is a plus. Knowledge of WIND and further BESS technologies. Additional knowledge of SOLAR technology is a plus. Acquainted with applicable industry standards and regulations (e.g., NFPA, IEC, DNV, IEEE).
