As Identity and Security technical subject matter expert you will lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their investments, including identifying resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.Responsibilities:Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customer-owned Identity and Security Solutions.
Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects.Articulate, demo, and present complex customer concepts to varying audiences, such as BDMs (Business Decision Makers) & ITDMs (Information Technology Decision Makers).
Be the Identity and Security subject matter expert with the ability to design customer solutions, lead presentations, demonstrations, and design thinking workshops.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra includingEnterprise app: integration, SSO, app permissions, consent framework, Graph API, governance process in a large-scale environmentB2B concepts and governanceStrong knowledge in either Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps includingAdvance Hunting, Investigation and ResponseApp GovernanceConfiguration and OptimizationOr Microsoft Defender for Endpoint:Configuration and OptimizationAdvanced Hunting, Investigation and ResponseCross-PlatformMultiyear experience in a customer-facing role in information technology (IT)Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsFluency in both written and verbal English & German languages is required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Entra ID Governance. xayajpt Familiarity and certification with other Microsoft Security technologies, such as Defender for Office 365, Sentinel or Active Directory.
