Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for Swedish speaking Marketing Agents (m/f/d) to one of the biggest social media platforms in the world.

We can only hire EU citizens or candidates who have a valid work permit to work fulltime hours in Germany.

What we offer:

• Salary of €2750 monthly / €33,000 per year
• Up to €687 monthly performance bonus
• Relocation support of up to €1500 from outside Germany and €700 from within Germany, depending on current location (minimum 100 km to Berlin) *

Your tasks:

• Analysis of marketing campaigns for your existing customers (small and medium-sized companies).
• Answering customer inquiries about the social media platform and its products. Assistance in achieving advertising goals and budget improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Implementation and success control of digital campaigns of your existing customers. Providing feedback and recommendations on marketing campaigns.
• Early detection of campaign trends and escalation of challenging campaign developments.

Experience:

• Fluency in Swedish and very good command of English (at least B2 level)
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, you should have a commercial mindset, be strongly sales-driven, and possess entrepreneurial thinking and strong influential skills
• Experience in social media and/or digital marketing is a plus
• Strong sales-oriented outlook, entrepreneurial thinking, and “go the extra mile” attitude
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
