Your Role

Your role is to understand how our customers operate and translate their real-world needs into scalable engineering requirements. You drive revenue and act as a strategic post-sale advisor.

  • Revenue and Growth: Guide customers from initial trials to full-scale service adoption to drive revenue growth
  • Solutions Ownership: Own the end-to-end deployment, custom configuration and troubleshooting of our AI solutions to drive long-term enterprise adoption
  • Customer Integration Architecture: Design, build and deploy the connections between our AI solutions and customers' enterprise systems
  • Strategic Partnering: Act as a primary solutions architect and technical partner, mapping complex business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Demos: Showcasing how our products and services function, building proof of concepts, and validating the value for the customer
  • Feedback Loop: Gather real-world technical issues to help product and engineering teams prioritize features that deliver the most value

What We’re Looking For

  • The Ultimate Hybrid: Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering, serving as the direct link between enterprise customers and internal engineering teams
  • Integration & Coding Fluency: Hands-on programming experience with practical experience building and maintaining APIs and data integration pipelines
  • Enterprise Tech Literacy: Deep knowledge of ERPs and CRMs, plus the ability to quickly master industry software like Procore, Autodesk and project management suites
  • Technical Consulting: Confidently engage executives to grasp their business challenges, then collaborate with engineers to design the solution
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, complex negotiation,and the ability to simplify technical jargon for business stakeholders
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel to collaborate directly with key enterprise customers and align deployment strategies on-site
  • Language Fluency: Full professional proficiency in both German and English
