We are looking for a Canva Designer. The position is for our Berlin office.

We are a fast-growing eCommerce agency specializing in creating impactful, engaging content for Shopify store owners across the USA and UK. We are seeking a talented Canva Designer to join our team and play a key role in producing visually appealing graphics that align with our clients’ brands and marketing goals.

Job Description:

As a Canva Designer, you will be responsible for designing a variety of digital assets using Canva, including but not limited to:

• Social media graphics and templates
• Promotional banners and ads
• Infographics
• E-books and lead magnets
• Presentations and pitch decks
• Other marketing materials tailored to client needs

You will collaborate with our marketing, social media, and creative teams to ensure designs are on-brand and effective in achieving marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and on-brand designs using Canva
• Collaborate with team members to understand project goals, brand guidelines, and design requirements
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices, applying new ideas to your work to enhance creativity and impact
• Make revisions based on feedback from clients and team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Canva Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
• Proficiency in using Canva Pro features for various design tasks
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Ability to adapt designs to different brand styles and market needs
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
