Cool Planet Technologies (CPT) is a dynamic startup company that is pioneering the fight against climate change with a bold vision: developing breakthrough carbon capture technology. The company seeks to eliminate CO₂ from flue gas streams of industrial emitters in hard-to-abate industries by introducing a game-changing advanced membrane-based point source carbon capture process. CPT is designing and implementing a world-leading factory for the production of thin film composite carbon capture membranes and proprietary membrane housings at an industrial scale, set to start operations in Austria by the end of 2027.
