I am looking for a ServiceNow Integration Engineer to design and build integrations between ServiceNow and multiple enterprise systems. You will work with REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub and MID Server, ensuring reliable data flows and clean data mapping. The role includes automation of manual processes, implementation of monitoring and error handling, and close collaboration with architecture teams. I expect strong hands‑on integration experience, CSA certification and the ability to work independently.
Project
designing, building and operating uni- and bidirectional integrations between ServiceNow and multiple source systems (IAM/SCIM, SAP HR, SAP ERP, T-Smart, Citrix Netscaler, Splunk, Exchange/DNS, Vault)
implementing SAP ordering interface for mobile and hardware asset procurement
developing integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST and SOAP APIs, transform maps and scripted REST endpoints
analysing source system data structures and mapping them to ServiceNow data model
replacing manual Excel-based imports with automated, scheduled and event-driven integrations
implementing error handling, logging and monitoring for integrations
conducting integration testing and supporting UAT
documenting integration architecture, data flows and operational procedures
collaborating with architecture teams to align with governance standards
proactively identifying risks related to data quality, system availability and interface complexity
Skills
ServiceNow CSA certification
proven hands‑on experience designing and implementing integrations using REST APIs
knowledge of NETCONF
strong technical hands‑on profile with ability to independently build and operate integrations
willingness to work onsite in Vienna during initial project phase
English at working proficiency level
Nice to have
CAD (Certified Application Developer) or additional CIS certification
experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub or MID Server
familiarity with SAP integration patterns and data structures
experience with platform foundation or core data stream projects
