We are looking for a
Senior SmartRecruiters Consultant
for a short-term project in the insurance sector. The role focuses on reviewing an existing SmartRecruiters implementation, identifying issues, improving solution quality, and stabilizing an ongoing project. Mandatory requirements include
3–5+ years of hands‑on SmartRecruiters implementation/configuration experience , strong troubleshooting skills, and German language proficiency.
Insurance industry / HR technology environment
Short-term project (approximately 2–3 months)
ASAP start, predominantly remote
Review and stabilization of an existing SmartRecruiters implementation
Identification of configuration issues and implementation gaps
Quality assurance, troubleshooting, and process optimization
Collaboration with the existing project team
3–5+ years of hands‑on SmartRecruiters experience
Practical experience with SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration (not just end‑user experience)
Ability to audit and assess existing SmartRecruiters implementations
Experience in HR technology implementation or transformation projects
Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and quality assurance skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership with minimal onboarding
German language skills for client communication – mandatory
Immediate or short‑notice availability
Nice to have
SAP SuccessFactors experience (ideally 5+ years)
Experience integrating SmartRecruiters with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems
Previous experience with project recovery or stabilization
Experience in enterprise environments or the insurance industry
