To strengthen our Customer Support & Logistics Team, we are looking for a Copacking & Logistics Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our Mannheim office. This is a 12-month position to cover maternity leave.
As Copacking & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and successful co-packing activities across the DACH region. You will collaborate closely with our third-party logistics providers (3PL), as well as internal teams including Planning, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Finance, to ensure products are delivered efficiently and processes continuously improve.
Logistics & 3PL Management
Manage the operational relationship with our third-party logistics providers (3PL)
Coordinate claims related to damaged goods, transport issues and inventory discrepancies
Coordinate inbound activities and ensure timely QA release together with the Quality team
Drive continuous improvements across warehouse and logistics processes
Inventory Management
Monitor inventory levels and support stock optimization initiatives
Support inventory reporting and reconciliation activities
Create and maintain material master data, Bills of Material (BOMs) and purchase orders within the ERP system
Coordinate packaging materials and finished goods required for co-packing
Support serialization compliance and product release activities
Monitor and improve logistics KPIs, including:
On-Time Delivery
Customer claims related to logistics operations
Review co-packing quotations and invoice compliance
Support financial bookings throughout the end-to-end co-packing process
Ensure accurate documentation and process compliance
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
Around 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or operations, ideally within FMCG, healthcare or pharmaceuticals
Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and warehouse operations
Good knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
Fluent German and English
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
