Ensure efficient operation of the Voice & Telephony Services, high availability, and compliance of the IT-Infrastructure.Strong working knowledge of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, Skype, and Teams voice.Support transition of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, and Skype to Teams voice solution.Review, interpret, and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.Operation of the above environment to ensure high availability.Accountability for delivery of project work according to overall standards and concepts.Technology scouting and running proof of concepts.
