Basel-StadtContractingFull TimeStart date: ASAPEnd date: 30.01.2026Job Description Summary:The Senior Solution Architect Voice is responsible for planning and designing the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to systems/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plan. This includes globally designing and implementing Voice Infrastructure (MS Teams Voice, Skype for Business, Audiocode, Cisco Call Manager, Luware, Attendant Pro, etc.) and ensuring the efficient operation of the Voice & Telephony Services while maintaining high availability and compliance of the IT-Infrastructure. The role also involves interacting with external outsourcing providers.Job Description (Key Accountabilities):Strong working knowledge of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, Skype, and Teams voice.Support the transition of CUCM, Cisco Voice gateways, and Skype to Teams voice solution.Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications to ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future ICT capability.Operate the above environment and ensure high availability.Accountable for delivery of project work according to the overall standards and concepts.Technology scouting and run proof of concepts; propose new solutions, liaise with vendors, and define global IT infrastructure standards.Resolution of critical incidents and problems.Ensure disaster recovery and maintain security of systems against unauthorized access.Ensure that systems are implemented and documented in compliance with Lonza’s standards.Ensure documentation and compliance of corresponding IT-Infrastructure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
