District Manager

As a District Manager you will be responsible for managing and guiding Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers, ensuring the smooth operations of multiple locations while achieving financial targets (KPIs). You must enjoy working with people and be passionate about creating memorable experiences for both our guests as well as our team members and managers. This passion translates to oversee and running exceptional cafés, which delivers the best guests experience, the perfect handcrafted beverage, artisan food products and inspires multiple teams of talented and highly motivated employees and managers. You create an energy and vibe in your assigned cafés, where people are happy doing what they love, while delivering remarkable service to our guests, and increasing the sales numbers. You support the managers as they develop in their careers and ensure that they have everything they need to be successful. As a District Manager, you work collaboratively with other District Managers, Cluster Managers, the bakery and administration in Germany. Furthermore you have a close collaboration with the Operations Manager for Production, Logistics and Expansion for Germany and the People & Performance Manager in CCL. As a leader, you model the core values of the company and act as a role model within the whole Copenhagen Coffee Lab team.
