Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization: Streamline logistics, enhance operations at distribution centers, and advance process automation. Coordination: Improve workflows between the contact center and distribution centers. Certification Management: Ensure products are properly certified and compliant with regulations. Inventory Supervision: Monitor product flow across sales points and manage inventory. Office Administration: Handle operational aspects of office management. Event Logistics: Coordinate regional events with sales points. E-Commerce Coordination: Synchronize and manage projects related to the online store. Courier Management: Oversee quality control, implement new solutions, and drive automation for efficiency. Reporting: Drive digitalization efforts across all operational areas to enhance infrastructure and reporting. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Proven track record in logistics and process improvement. Strong communication skills and a high sense of personal responsibility. Proficiency in Russian and German (В2 level or higher).
