You will identify and develop innovative technologies, lead strategic innovation projects, and strengthen our position as a trusted development partner for pharmaceutical and biotech companies. /p pThis role combines scientific excellence, leadership, and business impact—connecting RD, commercial functions, and external partners. /p ul liIdentify emerging technologies and initiate innovation projects to expand the company’s capabilities /li liLead and coordinate cross-functional innovation projects, ensuring successful execution and technology transfer to commercial teams /li liDevelop strategies to integrate new technologies into service offerings and support their market positioning /li liProvide expert guidance across global sites on DP formulation and optimal API design /li liLead and mentor subject matter experts in DP formulation and solid-state engineering /li liDrive scientific excellence through publications, conferences, and external representation /li liAct as a key interface between RD, Marketing, and Sales, translating complex scientific concepts into commercial value /li liEnsure scientific quality of marketing materials and contribute expert content for publications /li liManage project budgets and communicate progress across the innovation organization /li liCollaborate with external partners and stakeholders /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liPhD in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physics, or related fields /li li10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry /li liStrong expertise in drug product formulation and bridging technologies /li liIn-depth understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements /li liSolid business acumen (costing, efficiency, ROI) /li liProven leadership experience in a matrix organization /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex science for diverse audiences /li liStrategic mindset, hands-on approach, and strong influencing skills /li liFluent in English; additional languages are a plus /li liWillingness to travel (~30%) /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liAbove average pension fund benefits / we cover 70% of the contributions. /li liFull coverage of KTG / NBU premiums - we cover 100% of the costs. /li /ul pHybrid working opportunities /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
