To strengthen our team, we are looking for Coating inspector to join our ongoing project. You will work on construction site inspecting and testing coatings applied to surfaces to protect against corrosion.
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
Start date: ASAP
Location: Northern Germany
Job description
Tasks
- Ensure compliance with Inspect coatings applied to surfaces according to industry standards and client requirements
- Ensure that coatings meet specifications and are applied correctly, identifying defects and recommending remedial actions
- Record and report inspection results, including documenting non-conformance and preparing reports for clients and project managers
- Travel to construction sites to assess coating conditions and recommend maintenance or repair work as needed
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and interface with the project support team
Profile required
- Good experience with EPC projects
- 3-5 years experience in Oil and Gas, pipeline etc
- Good knowledge of German and English
- FROSIO / NACE Level II or III
