Your Role
As an Application Manager for SuccessFactors, you will:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting, Onboarding) across EMEA
- Translate HR, business, and leadership requirements into intelligent, scalable SuccessFactors solutions
- Lead and co‑lead projects across the HR system landscape, including onboarding new affiliates
- Ensure smooth operation, manage complex change requests, and drive continuous optimisation
- Work closely with global teams (incl. HQ) and other module owners to ensure integrated HR processes
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing for HR teams and key users
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands‑on SuccessFactors experience, ideally at Senior / Inhouse level
- Strong expertise in Talent Modules: Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Recruiting & Onboarding
- Experience in multi‑country or international environments
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and challenge processes constructively
- Ideally experience with integrations, BTP or SAP Build
- Fluent German (B2 minimum) required; English is desirable
- Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and strong communication skill
