Health & Safety Manager – Germany & Austria | €70,000–80,000 + 15% Bonus
I am looking for a Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of H&S standards across a portfolio of high-profile leisure and entertainment attractions in Germany and Austria. This is a multi-site role where you will provide leadership, coaching, and compliance expertise to ensure safe, guest-focused, and fully compliant operations.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in a Health & Safety leadership role, ideally in attractions, hospitality, retail, logistics, or facilities
- Strong knowledge of German Health & Safety legislation (Austria a plus)
- Fluent German with strong English communication skills
- Track record of coaching and upskilling operational teams with limited H&S expertise
- Comfortable in a multi-site role with regular travel across Germany and Austria
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the regional Health & Safety lead for all German and Austrian sites
- Ensure full compliance with national legislation and internal safety standards
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and provide guidance on incident management
- Coach and support local site teams to embed a proactive safety culture
- Partner with operations to deliver safe and efficient guest experiences
- Travel regularly between sites, with a focus on Berlin, Hamburg, and other key cities
