Develop new business through international golf groups, tour operators, clubs, corporate partners, and events Build and maintain a strong network across the international golf industry Identify new commercial opportunities and develop long-term partnerships Represent the property at international golf events, tournaments, trade shows, and industry meetings Develop relationships with golf clubs, travel partners, and corporate clients Work closely with the wider team to create attractive golf packages and experiences Track and grow revenue generated through your network and partnerships About You
Strong network within the international golf industry Proven experience in golf business development, sales, partnerships, or a similar commercial role Existing relationships with golf clubs, tour operators, corporate clients, or other relevant industry partners Commercially driven with a strong ability to generate new business Confident representing a luxury golf destination internationally Willing and able to travel regularly Fluent English The role can be structured as either an employment position or consultancy opportunity, depending on the candidate's experience and existing network. Salary: €50,000 – 60,000 + commissions
