About Us:
A well-recognized international hotel chain is seeking a Guest Services Manager Nights to join their newly refurbished hotel featuring the latest Gen4 bedrooms and public areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and guest-focused team in a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to guests and new employees, ensuring a positive experience.
- Serve as the Manager on duty, overseeing the entire hotel during the night shift.
- Ensure Team Members are properly positioned and support their coaching and development.
- Act as the go-to person for Team Members needing guidance, maintaining a nurturing and calm demeanor under pressure.
- Handle a variety of tasks, including checking guests in and out, serving behind the bar, preparing food for breakfast service, and managing the 24-hour F&B menu.
- Perform night audits and corridor checks to ensure guest safety and well-being.
- Support the Hotel Operations Manager in achieving the company’s goal of creating a rewarding workplace and exceptional guest experience, focusing on continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading a team in a customer service environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Flexibility to handle various tasks and roles as needed.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform night audits and ensure guest safety.
