Are you a self-starter, passionate about building relationships, and eager to kick-start a career in B2B SaaS sales? At Coresystems, we’re transforming customer service with InsightLoop, our AI-powered platform launched in 2023, and we need a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

This role is critical to our growth, and you’ll be on the front lines, making (cold) calls, sending emails, and using social media to connect with C-level executives and key decision-makers across industries like discrete manufacturing, medical equipment, and energy/utilities. As we expand in the European market, you’ll play a key role in building a pipeline for our sales team to grow InsightLoop into a global success.

Tasks

  1. Be the first point of contact for potential customers, driving lead generation and qualification.
  2. Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
  3. Cold call and conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and assess their needs.
  4. Nurture leads with consistent and valuable communication to move them through the pipeline.
  5. Book qualified meetings for Account Executives to close deals.
  6. Document all interactions and updates in CRM to keep an accurate pipeline.
  7. Research target companies and identify decision-makers at the executive level.
  8. Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, engagement, and lead conversion.

Requirements

  1. Fluent in English & German (C1/C2) , both written and verbal.
  2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects on the phone and via email.
  3. Resilience and persistence in cold calling and outreach—you’re not afraid of rejection!
  4. Strong research skills to identify key stakeholders and decision-makers in large organizations.
  5. Self-starter mentality who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  6. Detail-oriented and highly organized with an ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks.
  7. Curiosity and eagerness to learn about B2B SaaS solutions and AI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or a related customer-facing role.
  2. Experience with sales engagement platforms and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach targets.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  5. Familiarity with the SaaS or technology industry.
