Do you thrive in fast‑paced environments and have a passion for AI SaaS products, channel sales and partnerships? /p pAt Coresystems, we are empowering companies worldwide with our AI and SaaS solutions for SAP, helping businesses streamline operations, automate processes, and scale efficiently. /p pAs we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hungry and driven Head of Channel Sales to expand and strengthen our global partner ecosystem. /p pThis is your opportunity to step into a leadership role, take ownership, and truly make a difference. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liExpand and strengthen our network of SAP partners /li liIdentify, onboard, and enable resellers, VARs, and implementation partners /li liDrive partner‑led revenue growth and market expansion /li liBe our chief product evangelist when it comes to our partner network /li liBring new products to market through the partner ecosystem, from positioning to successful launch and scaling /li liLead the transition from on‑premise, maintenance products to SaaS /li liDevelop go‑to‑market strategies /li liCreate scalable partner programs, incentives, and enablement structures /li liAct as the key interface between partners and internal teams /li liBring structure while staying hands‑on in a dynamic environment /li liSpot opportunities in the SAP ecosystem and move fast to capture them /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liHigh energy, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and initiative /li liExperience in Channel Sales / Partner Management, in SaaS/software (AI software experience is a plus, but not required) /li liBackground in startup or scale‑up environments /li liMotivation to step into (or grow within) a leadership role /li liStrong relationship‑building skills with partners and stakeholders /li liAI‑First mindset, thriving for automation and efficiency to make more room for in‑person contacts /li liHands‑on mentality paired with strategic thinking /li liFluent in German English /li /ul ul liExperience working with SAP partners or ERP environments /li liFirst leadership experience (projects, initiatives, or small teams) /li liUnderstanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems /li liStrong drive to build something and leave your footprint /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liShape and own a key growth area of the company /li liWork within a strong and established SAP ecosystem /li liHigh level of autonomy and real impact from day one /li liDynamic, entrepreneurial environment with room to grow /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
