You’ll join at an exciting point in its Workday journey, with the opportunity to move beyond implementation and help shape what comes next. You’ll have the freedom to challenge, improve and develop the platform while working closely with HR and senior stakeholders across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the evolution and optimisation of Workday Talent and Performance across multiple countries and entities
- Turn complex talent strategy and HR requirements into smarter, scalable Workday solutions
- Design and maintain performance review cycles, goals, competencies, talent profiles, succession plans and calibration processes
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and decision-making, from performance completion tracking to talent and succession analytics
- Partner with HR, Talent and technology leaders to ensure seamless integration between Talent and Performance, Compensation, Learning and Core HCM
- Help maximise the value Workday delivers as the business continues to gro
What You’ll Bring
- Strong hands-on Workday Talent and Performance experience within a complex, multi-country organisation
- Solid knowledge of configuring review templates, goal management, talent matrix and succession processes, and business processes, ideally including German requirements (e.g. works council agreements, data protection under GDPR/BDSG, employee consultation rules)
- The ability to connect HR, Talent, technology and business strategy
- Experience improving Workday processes and delivering meaningful change, including testing, release management and stakeholder training
- A mindset focused on ownership, optimisation and continuous improvement
- Workday certification in Talent Management and/or Performance Management is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
