Job Description

Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is required. A Master\’s degree is an added advantage.

  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Excellent German language skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is beneficial.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
  • Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
  • Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols.
