What you will do

• Partner with founders and stakeholders to align on strategy (focus on the financial aspect)

• Analyze KPIs across teams to identify gaps and unlock opportunities

• Build models, forecasts, and dashboards (SQL, Tableau, Sheets, Metabase, etc.)

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial performance

• Respond quickly to strategic analysis requests with clear insights

• Translate data into narratives that influence top-level decisions

Who you are

• 5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance in high-growth environments

• Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling

• Expert in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase)

• Confident working directly with founders and cross-functional leads

• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and business impact

• Strong communicator with a collaborative, ownership mindset

• Bonus: experience with supply chain data or marketplaces
