What You Will Do

• Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules.
• Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and interface development.
• Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
• Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities.

Who You Are

• At least 4 years experience in Salesforce development projects and deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in developing high-quality, reusable and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers and integrating Salesforce systems with third‑party systems for enterprises using SOAP and RESTful services.
• Knowledge about security models and techniques within the Salesforce environment.
• Familiar with SFDX, CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework Knowledge, Live Agent, Omnichannel.
• Experience in database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
