Tasks
What you will do
- Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, and assignment/escalation rules.
- Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and Interface development.
- Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems, and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
- Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities.
Requirements
Who you are
- At least 6+ years’ work experience in Salesforce development projects and deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers, and integrating force.com systems with third-party systems for enterprises using SOAP and RESTFUL Services
- Knowledge about Security models and techniques within the salesforce.com environment.
- You are familiar with SFDX, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Experience with developing custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework Knowledge, Live Agent, Omnichannel
- Experience in Database modeling, JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript
- Any previous experience acting as a Salesforce Architect will be preferred
Nice to have
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer II)
- Knowledge of building APIs (python/golang/node) in AWS
