Purpose of your Job
This position is a 12-18 month parental leave substitution, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our People & Culture team by supporting recruiting coordination and wellbeing initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth processes and a positive experience for both candidates and employees during this time while you have the opportunity to enhance your HR Know-How.
Your Responsibility
- Recruiting (50%)
- Assist the Senior HR Business Partner with recruitment coordination tasks.
- Manage job postings in our ATS (Personio) and ensure all candidate data is accurately maintained.
- Coordinate interviews, including sending invites, scheduling, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Act as a point of contact for candidate queries, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Support with generating recruitment reports and analytics from Personio.
- Health & Wellbeing Administration (30%)
- Administer employee health and wellbeing programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with local regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding health-related queries, benefits, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate workplace wellbeing programs, events, and campaigns to promote a healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with external providers to deliver impactful employee assistance programs (EAPs).
- General HR Support (20%)
- Assist with HR Administration.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up-to-date and compliant.
- Support HR projects, such as training and development initiatives, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related queries and policies.
What you need to succeed
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR, with proven expertise in recruitment and/or health & wellbeing program administration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Languages: Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Personio, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar).
- Mindset: A proactive, people-oriented problem-solver with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
