Cross-functional Coordination
Act as the key retail marketing interface between Brand, Sales, Dealer Network Development, external agencies and dealer partners.
Coordinate timelines, materials, budgets and execution standards for retail marketing initiatives.
Quality Management & Optimization
Monitor the quality of retail marketing execution across the dealer network, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Collect and analyze structured dealer feedback to continuously optimize retail marketing concepts, tools and processes.
Define relevant KPIs and track the effectiveness of retail marketing activities, providing regular insights and recommendations.
