Our solutions support critical operations across various industries, and we are now strategically expanding into the automotive sector. With innovation, sustainability, and reliability at our core, we are seeking a dynamic leader to drive our automotive market entry and growth in Europe.
Role Overview
As Sales Director – Automotive, you will lead the development and execution of our sales strategy targeting automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and aftermarket players. This role requires a proven track record in automotive sales, a deep network within the industry, and the ability to pitch high-value solutions that align with MRO needs in manufacturing and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the automotive sector.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor MRO solutions to the automotive market.
- Provide regular market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets in the automotive vertical.
- Report directly to the General Manager and contribute to strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing new markets and closing complex deals.
- Extensive network and relationships in the automotive ecosystem across Germany and Europe.
- Strong understanding of MRO processes, supply chain, and procurement within automotive manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong advantage.
