We are looking for a Medical Transport Coordinator to join our Munich-based operations team, supporting the planning and coordination of critical medical transport, stem cell logistics and life-science courier services.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for critical medical and life-science transport consignments
- Liaise with hospitals, laboratories, couriers and specialist transport partners
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, handling conditions and chain-of-custody documentation
- Monitor transport in progress and respond to operational issues in real time
- Support compliance with relevant transport regulations including IATA and ADR requirements
Requirements
- Experience in medical, pharmaceutical or life-science logistics coordination
- Familiarity with temperature-controlled and time-critical transport requirements
- Strong organisational skills and calm under pressure
- Good written and verbal communication in English and German
