We are seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the operational management of oncology clinical development programmes. You will be responsible for delivery across all phases, ensuring studies are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams across clinical, regulatory, data management, biostatistics and medical writing functions
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and external partners throughout the programme lifecycle
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and escalate where appropriate
- Lead governance meetings, prepare status reports and present to senior stakeholders
- Ensure project delivery in accordance with ICH GCP and applicable regulations
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or a related field
- Minimum five years of project management experience in clinical research, with at least two years in oncology
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German or other European languages an advantage
