How you will create an impact:

  • You will manage the delivery and configuration of our software product suite “SK Loyalty” to financial services clients.
  • You conduct the client-specific delivery and client-specific customization projects and ensure that your projects are delivered in quality, time, and budget.
  • You will work on technical solution presentations and proposals and initiate the contracting process.
  • You will perform requirements engineering with business and technical stakeholders as well as concepting and estimating the optimal solution.
  • As part of your role, you will consult business as well as technical stakeholders on how to implement/integrate the software.
  • You will support/enabling ETL processes to our applications by writing SQL queries, creating data structures, and editing data for source systems.
  • By conducting discovery meetings and client demos, you will support sales and consulting teams.
  • You will provide product training to the client and be the key contact person during the hyper-care phase.
  • You are a key feedback provider to product management for the general product roadmap.
  • You remain a key contact for major clients and conduct proof of value projects.

About you:

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, along with first professional experience in IT consulting or software implementations.
  • You have the technical expertise to create and discuss technical concepts with IT stakeholders and developers (e.g., data, interfaces, core banking systems, ERP and CRM systems, software integration).
  • You understand complex data structures and feel confident creating queries in relational databases by using SQL or other query languages.
  • You strive for efficiency, continually improving queries and data flows by thinking outside the box and collaborating with our passionate team.
  • You have a strong passion for data and analytics, and you’re eager to implement solutions that drive growth for our clients.
  • You have your first experience with IT project management and agile methodologies.
  • You have knowledge of and are enthusiastic about technology trends and digital topics, including cloud technologies, app development, and AI concepts.
  • You have refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically work with clients, consultants, and developers.
  • You are enthusiastic about engaging directly with clients and are committed to delivering top-quality service to our banking and financial services clients.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
  • Industry knowledge in Banking and Financial Services in the German market is a plus.
