Job Purpose Summary We are seeking a
Sr. Business Systems Analyst
to support our digital transformation and our continued shift toward a cloud‑first architecture. This role reports to the Business Systems Manager.
What You Will Do
Design and enhance business and manufacturing processes to optimize workflow, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Serve as the primary IT representative for your site, ensuring clear communication between IT and business teams.
Train end users, conduct testing, and provide guidance on improving Dynamics 365 Manufacturing processes.
Manage and resolve support tickets for both site and global teams.
Maintain ERP data integrity and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Coordinate system development and maintenance with the global IT team.
Collaborate with IT leadership on ERP and peripheral system strategies.
Analyze business processes to identify improvements while ensuring compliance with IT policies.
Communicate project status updates to IT management and business stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with internal customers to ensure integrated, effective processes.
Support company initiatives by collaborating with the broader IT team.
Assist with regulatory and compliance activities as needed.
Coordinate with external vendors.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business management, computer science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (required).
Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Willingness to learn and support new systems as they are implemented.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
Flexibility to work with global teams across time zones.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
German language skills preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including production, warehousing, inventory, asset management, procurement, sales and marketing, master planning, and finance modules.
Strong understanding of supply chain and finance business processes.
Experience with data administration and application development.
Ability to plan and execute projects from concept through implementation.
Strong customer service mindset.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to train employees at all levels.
Demonstrated knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
