Tasks
How You\’ll Make an Impact:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team , fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture
- Establish and manage relationships with DACH retail partners and key accounts (both online and offline)
- Define sales targets , forecast demand , and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth and profitability
- Lead negotiations with logistics service providers and merchandising agencies
- Strategically manage POS furniture , including negotiations with manufacturers
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain across the entire business value chain
- Analyze market trends , customer insights , and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3+ years of leadership experience in the sales area within the DACH FMCG sector , ideally in the beauty/cosmetics industry
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management in the DACH drugstore channel
- Proven experience in developing Key Account and Sales Operations Managers into senior professionals
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality with a passion for cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and experience in sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms
- Fluent in English and German ; Polish is a strong plus
- Passion for beauty, skincare, or personal care products , with a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the industry
