Tasks What We\’d Love You To Do As our next Team Lead Media Manager (Social Media, Influencer, PR), you will spearhead our department\’s advancement to new heights through innovative strategies and trend-focused initiatives in the social world. Your keen ability to discern the unique (content) needs of each medium will be instrumental in amplifying our success exponentially. Additionally, you will lead the team with compassion, nurturing their growth to further enhance our collective achievements. Developing holistic social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversion. Identifying and leveraging collaboration opportunities with influencers and other relevant partners to boost brand awareness and reach new audiences. Creating and overseeing high-quality content across various channels, including social media, performance, and more. Leading a dynamic team of social media managers, influencer managers, content creators, and PR specialists to collectively achieve company-wide goals. Continuously analyzing key performance metrics and deriving insights to optimize our marketing strategies. Requirements What You Bring Demonstrated experience in leading Social Media, Influencer, and content teams, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle sector (PR experience would be a plus). Excellent knowledge of current social media trends and platforms, as well as a knack for creative content that resonates with our target audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and develop a motivated team. Analytical skills for data evaluation and deriving insights for continuous improvement of our marketing strategies. High self-motivation, initiative, and willingness to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics would be a plus. Knowledge of online marketing channels Excellent communication in both German and English Multitasking skills and a high volume of project management BSc in Marketing or a similar degree.
