Your job involves

• Analyzing and understanding our customers\‘ processes in Field Service and developing suitable solutions, documenting them, and implementing using project methods (e.g., SureStep, Agile).
• Creating work packages, handing them over to development, and ensuring quality of results.
• Advising and supporting new and existing customers (remotely or on-site) in customizing and developing their Dynamics 365 CRM systems, especially in Field Service.
• Sharing best practices and daily hacks for our customers\‘ daily requirements in Field Service.
• Supporting presales activities, including demos, webinars, and presentations, together with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales experts.
• Conducting workshops and training to foster a deep understanding of the solutions and empower key users.

What you need to be a perfect match

• A solid education or degree in IT and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in Field Service.
• A good understanding of relevant technologies and software like BI tools; knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Dynamics Business Central is advantageous.
• Enjoy sharing your knowledge and continuously learning in the Microsoft environment.
• Team spirit, initiative, and creativity to succeed in project environments.
• Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills for international communication.
