Join our international team with over 800 employees and help shape our success story! We are looking for a PR & Corporate Communications Manager (f/m/d) to join our PR & Communications team for a limited period of one year.
Responsibilities:
- Positioning of our brands essence & Catrice in cooperation with distributors/PR agencies in DACH and various countries.
- Development of creative campaign ideas and implementation of attention-grabbing PR activities.
- Initiating topics relating to cosnova and our brands and placing these in the lifestyle, trade and business press.
- Ensuring the external impact and visibility of our cosnova corporate brand in the relevant target media and channels.
- Creating target group-specific content for various internal and external touchpoints (texts, newsletters, etc.).
- Organization and implementation of press events at home and abroad.
- Brand and project responsibility, independent performance measurement and budget responsibility.
Qualifications:
- A successfully completed degree in communications / marketing or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of relevant professional experience on the corporate or agency side with a focus on brand and corporate communications.
- Extensive experience in the independent conception, management and implementation of PR campaigns and activations; this also requires a willingness to travel.
- Experience in crisis communication and handling critical issues.
- High level of creativity and interest in trends and tools in the media landscape.
- Strong passion for beauty topics and interest in the industry, players and trends.
- Creative writing and strong copywriting skills with a flair for design and layout.
- A structured way of working and very good project management skills.
- Fluency in English – further language skills are desirable.
