- Define architectural standards, patterns, and best practices for workflow platforms, including guardrails for AI-assisted development.
- Design event-driven and service-based architectures using Java-based ecosystems and modern integration patterns.
- Provide technical leadership, code/design reviews, and enforce engineering rigor in AI-assisted environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 10+ years of application architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in workflow orchestration, distributed systems, and integration design.
- Experience with open-source workflow engines ( , Camunda, Flowable, JBPM, Drools).
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in AI-native SDLC environments and governance for AI-generated code.
- Background in Healthcare IT or payment integrity systems.
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide teams and represent interoperability expertise.
