countX is the expert for VAT in e-commerce and offers innovative solutions for online retailers throughout Europe & UK+CH. We help to comply with tax obligations efficiently and allow clients to fully benefit from the international business potential. With a diverse team that speaks over 10 languages, we pride ourselves on fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment. For this journey, we’re searching for a Growth Hacker (Associate or Manager) to scale our user acquisition in Germany and expand our growing GTM team.

In your role, you’re planning and executing strategies for scaling the digital performance marketing efforts for all our products in Germany, and later Europe. You will work closely together with our marketing manager as well as sales; and also in a broader sense with the product and engineering team. In particular, you will …

  1. Create a MarTech setup for detailed attribution, automation, and rapid budget optimization across all channels.
  2. Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot and MailChimp. Support marketing in designing and executing campaigns that align with customer journeys.
  3. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies for all products and efficiently scale budgets for all campaigns.
  4. Support marketing and sales to achieve our growth KPIs (MoM Recurring Revenue Growth, CAC/LTV Ratio).
  5. Work with Head of Sales and Marketing Manager to improve conversion rates and develop new acquisition funnels.

Ihr Profil

  1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English (mandatory).
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, with knowledge of MarTech setups / benefits of tooling infrastructure. Strong technical understanding of attribution and knowledge of marketing mix modeling.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Berlin, our company is creating a B2B SaaS product that boosts the success of e-commerce sellers in international markets by simplifying VAT tax management for them. Our team of 25 people operate a hybrid working model within 3 locations in Berlin, Bochum and Kyiv.
