As a Transformation Manager, you drive high‑impact initiatives across our international operations. You translate strategy into execution, improving performance across production, supply chain, and business functions. This role reports directly to the Executive Board and works closely with C‑level stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
Drive transformation projects (e.g. cost optimization, Operational Excellence, digitalization)
Manage cross‑functional initiatives across sites and functions
Analyse performance, identify improvement levers, and track KPIs
Build business cases and support data‑driven decision making
Ensure structured project management, reporting, and governance
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Europe
Your profile:
3–4 years in management consulting or internal transformation roles
Experience in industrial environments (e.g. packaging, FMCG, manufacturing)
Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving skills
Ability to translate strategic concepts into operational results
Solid experience in:
Project management (Agile, Waterfall)
Business case development & financial modelling
KPI systems and performance tracking
Good understanding of industrial value chains and operational drivers
Initial exposure to ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) and their role in finance, supply chain, and operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills (C‑level ready)
Hands‑on, entrepreneurial, and result‑driven with strong stakeholder management skills
