Position: Strategic Controlling – Project Manager Transformation (d/f/m)

You will play a pivotal role in Covestro\’s global transformation efforts. As part of the Strategic Controlling Team, you will oversee financial tracking within the Transformation Office, ensuring accurate and consistent assessment of transformation initiatives. This role is key to enabling organizational change, translating strategic goals into measurable impacts, and enhancing financial control and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate transformation strategy into tangible business results through rigorous project management and accountability.
• Govern financial valuation and impact assessment for all transformation initiatives, ensuring consistency across the organization.
• Provide executive leadership with critical financial insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive adoption of standardized processes and tools for scalable transformation approaches.
• Facilitate organization-wide adoption of new processes and tools essential for long-term success.
• Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks early to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master\’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Controlling, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategic controlling, corporate strategy, strategy consulting, banking, or related areas.
• Expertise in financial analysis, business modeling, and valuation.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
• Fluent in English and German (advanced level).
• Results-driven mindset, adaptable to change, and effective problem solver.
• Ability to manage multiple projects proactively and organized.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
