We offer an attractive gross monthly salary of €1000 for a full-time position, along with a range of benefits.

Your Opportunities at Covestro

• Advise HR and executives on employment law issues, both in daily operations and projects.
• Attend internal and court hearings.
• Conduct legal research and evaluate labor law case law.
• Analyze legal changes and develop implementation proposals.
• Support measures like warnings or terminations.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and presentations focused on employment law.
• Assist the legal department with other legal matters, including civil, commercial, and corporate law.

Your Profile at a Glance

• First state examination in law with above-average grades, preferably with a focus on employment law.
• Basic understanding of business administration and economic relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with legal research databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, independence, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to reflect and suggest improvements.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
