A Day in the Life

The role is remote but requires residence within the designated territory and driving to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license is essential.

Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers advanced mapping and ablation solutions for heart rhythm disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to CAS products and procedures.
• Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
• Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to generate incremental business.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other cardiovascular solutions.
• Communicate with sales and clinical teams in the region.
• Represent Medtronic CAS products, service and support to physicians and support staff.
• Serve as a regional champion to share expertise and influence others in mapping technology.
• Required Qualifications
• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 2 years related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
• Preferred Qualifications
• B. A./B. S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital or clinic or sales.
• Proven track record with technical training assignments.
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.
• Additional Job Requirements
• Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
• Required to be within assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs.
• Occasional travel outside assigned territory and overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, visually interact with PCs.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary ranges for U. S. (excl. PR): $120,000.00 – $125,000.00. The position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan.
