A Day in the Life
The role is remote but requires residence within the designated territory and driving to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license is essential.
Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers advanced mapping and ablation solutions for heart rhythm disorders.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters related to CAS products and procedures.
- Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
- Support national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
- Develop and cultivate customer relationships to generate incremental business.
- Collaborate with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other cardiovascular solutions.
- Communicate with sales and clinical teams in the region.
- Represent Medtronic CAS products, service and support to physicians and support staff.
- Serve as a regional champion to share expertise and influence others in mapping technology.
- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Bachelor degree plus a minimum of 2 years related experience in cardiac mapping and navigation.
- Preferred Qualifications
- B. A./B. S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital or clinic or sales.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time.
- Additional Job Requirements
- Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation.
- Required to be within assigned territory each day to be available for unscheduled needs.
- Occasional travel outside assigned territory and overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy.
- Ability to freely move throughout the facility, use a phone, keyboard and mouse, visually interact with PCs.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for 8 hours a day.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.

Benefits & Compensation
Salary ranges for U. S. (excl. PR): $120,000.00 – $125,000.00. The position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan.
