What You’ll Do:
- Handle incoming requests from customers (email, phone, chat) in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist with order management, delivery tracking, invoicing, and returns
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure smooth customer operations
- Identify recurring issues and help us improve our processes
- Be a key player in providing a positive customer experience
What You Bring:
- Native-level Dutch + fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar role
- Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office tools
- A team spirit and willingness to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
